Authors retain the copright to their works, however the Journal retains
the right to republish articles in any future anthology works.
Papers can be submitted via the internet by emailing an MS Word document

Please be sure to include your email address in your cover letter if
you choose to submit a hard copy of your paper. Also, please do not
add your name, title, etc. to the header or footer of your articles,
as they will be evaluated by the editors as anonymous submissions.
Footnotes are to be collected at the end of the article in an end notes
section, above the bibliography. Footnotes are only required for further
information necessary to supplement the text, for translations or quotes,
or when noting the source is directly pertinent to the text. Footnotes
are not required for every piece of information introduced to the text,
except when necessary to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.
Plagiarism is not tolerated. Please be careful when citing and quoting sources.
